Whats the Role:Support Worker What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life. Where You Would Work: Castlehill House,Lisnaskea Castlehill House provides support to individuals recovering from mental health issues, living within their own home. The aim is to promote greater independence by enhancing life skills in areas such as home management, budgeting and problem solving. We will also encourage individuals to engage in the local community. The service operates every day with a range of shifts including mornings, evenings and sleep overs. Within the service there will be lone working.
