The Portadown Bespoke Services is a supported living setting that facilitates a bespoke placement for individuals with complex needs, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism, coupled with behaviours that challenge. Using the principles of positive behaviour support, we actively support and positively improve the lives of the individuals we support. The people we support are at the centre of everything we do, ensuring that all care and activities are personally centred to them.
In line with supported living values, practitioners will model and support in all areas of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management and administration, cleaning and laundry, money management, and community outings. Each Positive Behaviour Support Worker will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a consistently high-quality support service within a caring environment, ensuring that the people we support are treated with dignity and respect.
Through a key worker system and the use of advanced positive behaviour methodologies, support staff will be responsible for implementing individual programmes of support, championing the positive behaviour support approach. We can consider a range of different working patterns, including full time, part time, and relief. All advertised salaries are based on 39 hours (FTE) and will be pro rata to contracted hours.
