Praxis Care is seeking a Team Leader to join our NI-based services. You will design individual support programmes, coordinate a team of Support Workers, and ensure care delivery aligns with our values of respect, dignity and independence.
You will liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community groups to promote the needs of the people we support, and contribute to records and regulatory compliance as required.
