Job Summary: Our Recruiters play a key role in attracting and hiring talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Working as part of the HR team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles ensuring a fair, inclusive, and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will partner closely with departments across the organisation to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

Key Accountabilities:
- Source suitable candidates across the business and achieve hiring goals.
- Be responsible for your own individual jurisdiction, and attend service visits to familiarise yourself with the individual services and managers.
- Maintain internal system ensuring that all candidates have been responded to and that each candidate pipeline has full closure of all related tasks.
- Assist hiring managers and work alongside marketing and HR in the writing and completion of job adverts, interview questions/packs and candidate assessments.
- Follow GDPR requirements regarding the protection of candidate data, ensuring no GDPR breaches occur as part of the recruitment process.

Requirements of the Role:
- You will be required to participate in the company appraisal and staff review process.

Criteria:
- Experience & Qualifications: 2 years experience within a recruitment role; Full Lifecycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate thinking clearly to others.
- Analytical and methodical in dealing with work and ability to effectively manage workload in a structured and efficient way.
- Customer Service.
- Strong administrative background.
Attributes:
- Reliable, personable and positive in approach.
- Highly change management and improvement oriented.
- Flexible.
