The Digital Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering key technology-enabled business projects that form part of the Praxis Care Digital Strategy. The role will focus initially on the successful implementation of core systems identified within Year 1 of the roadmap, including workforce management and operational systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and achieve agreed business benefits. The role may contribute to the future development of project management capability across the organisation as the Digital Strategy evolves. They will define and manage the level of Project Governance required to manage the Projects based upon Praxis Project Management Policy, past experience, the risks involved and best practice.

  • Benefits Definition: Define the business case for IT investment including cost savings, efficiency gains, improved reporting, and risk reduction.
  • User Requirements: Lead Business Analyst requirements gathering by identifying stakeholders, planning requirements approach and engage users. Gather, analyse, document and prioritise requirements with stakeholders into User Requirements Documents.
