Praxis Capital Limited in Hook, England, is seeking a proactive Building Manager for a circa 108,000 sq ft commercial office asset across two buildings and an on-site café. You will own tenant experience, ESG and building standards, building strong relationships with tenants and occupiers.
The role requires a hands-on FM/building operations background, health & safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable) and a keen eye for identifying issues early, coordinating actions and following through.
