We are recruiting for a Senior Contracts and Procurement Manager for our Upstream business based in Weybridge, Surrey. The Senior Contracts and Procurement Manager will lead PUL’s Contracts and Procurement (C&P) activities, supporting production operations, development projects, business development, and well-related activities. This role will also support wider commercial negotiations and related upstream agreements. Key Responsibilities Member of PUL Leadership Team Leading and directing PUL’s contracts and procurement activities Managing all C&P activities in accordance with the Authority Level Matrix Ensuring compliance with C&P processes and procedures Developing robust C&P strategies Sourcing and building relationships with suppliers and vendors Providing advice and support to stakeholders for business improvements Leading tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes Negotiating contracts and call-off orders Coordinating Tender Review Boards and approval processes Managing contracts for logistics support of operations Monitoring contract validity and expiry dates Ensuring insurance and purchase order compliance Leading contract administration and close-out activities Ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance Participating in audits and closing actions Leading inventory disposals and related contractual documentation Supporting other commercial negotiations and contract drafting Skills, Expertise, and Competencies Experience working for an Operator is essential Degree qualified with at least 15 years in the oil and gas industry Experience with Tier 1 / Service Companies is preferable Proven EH&S and management leadership experience Experience in a functional matrix organization is preferable Developing effective C&P processes Market analysis and contracting strategies Negotiation skills and contract leadership Analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in teams Organized with good priority setting Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure Knowledge of commercial structures and contracts Experience in tender package development and management #J-18808-Ljbffr
