Job Purpose
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Origination will be responsible for delivering certain projects, sourcing new finance providers and advising on capital structuring, in addition to being accountable for the execution, delivery and optimisation of existing facilities. This is a senior role in the Corporate Finance team and will involve working directly with the CFO/CEO.
- Raise funding from banks and other funding sources
- On-board new banks and other sources of financing
- Manage data requests, compilation and interpretation
- Use complex financial modelling to prepare forecasts
- Negotiate and structure financial deals
- Explore new methods of funding and funding structures
- Co-ordinate with financiers, lawyers, financial experts etc.
- Provide financial presentations to key stakeholders / investor relations
- Arrange financings associated with M&A transactions
- Lead specific projects
Qualifications
- Degree-educated ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CFA qualified an advantage

Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Minimum seven years of experience in corporate/structured finance, ideally more, whether in banking or in industry
- Strong financial, analytical and modelling skills
- Exposure to working capital financings and other sources of liquidity is an advantage
