What You Will Do
- Ensure welds are performed to drawing and weld procedures.
- Perform pre-weld visual fit up and welding equipment verification.
- Perform post-weld visual inspection to ensure Quality requirements are achieved.
- Define re-work and repair schemes and document accordingly.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to Fitting and Welding Operators.
- Undertake department spot checks to ensure TPM and continued NADCAP compliance.
- Participate in RRCA investigations and support implementing robust corrective actions.
- Support improvement activities to remove waste and improve efficiency.

- TIG Welding experience in Aluminum and Stainless / Nickel Alloys (essential).
- CSWIP Level 3.0 qualification (essential).
