Role & Responsibilities
The Courseware and Media Quality Controller will ensure that Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) documents entering and leaving the Courseware and Media Design Capability (CMDC) are fit for purpose and demonstrate Raytheon UK’s commitment to the delivery of quality products. The role reports to the Head of the CMDC or their deputy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review for format and content documents delivered to the CMDC for the development of courseware and those leaving the CMDC for handover to the training delivery partner Team Fisher.
- Champion standards and processes that support the delivery of quality products (ISO 10007:2017, ISO 9001:2015).
- Develop and maintain a Quality Management Process to assure the development of consistent and complete Courseware & Media (C&M).
- Support the piloting of C&M to test and improve effectiveness.
- Monitor the quality of C&M developed by the CMDC and the CMDC’s ability to satisfy training standards.
- Foster a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement in working practices.
- Perform any other duties required to complete CMDC Training Service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in the use of programme management tools and applications including Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Training and/or Instructional Design knowledge and practical experience.
