To do that, we are looking for the best and brightest minds from across the UK.

We are backed by British innovation and powered by world-class experts, like you.

This is more than a job — it’s a mission.

You will be part of a high-impact, collaborative environment, where we expect everyone to live the values and standards of the British Army.

Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIA’s vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.

You’ll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training Support Branch and functionally through the Raytheon UK Engineering Management team.

This position is critical to the successful delivery of the Collective Training Transformation Programme (CTTP), ensuring that collective training is delivered to meet the British Army’s needs.

The F&A Service supports exercise planning and execution, manages the use of the Electromagnetic Spectrum, co-ordinates logistic and real life support services to set up exercises in locations both UK and Overseas.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Training Support Branch responsible for building the F&A team, forging links with the Training Delivery team, integrating with Military workforce, managing change, and ensuring that training solutions are appropriately co-ordinated and resourced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, development and implementation of tailored exercise support solutions for Collective Training Events.

Ensuring the processes that support the design and delivery of collective training are in place and updated to reflect changes in the Force Preparation Schedule.

  • Deputise for Head Training Support when required.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure training support is aligned to the current operational environment, the pacing threat and current British Army Doctrine.
  • Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of training support solutions across the programme.
  • Direct liaison with Logistic Support and Real Life Support providers both within Omnia Training and across the wider army and industry.
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met throughout the transformation lifecycle.

  • Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes to Training Support leadership.
  • Any other duties required to develop and support the F&A Service.

Who we are looking for

We’re after individuals who want to serve.

You’ll have a mission focus, and the enthusiasm and drive to ‘get things done’.

You’ll want to work in collaboration with other defence training organisations, and the British Army.

You won’t let bureaucracy get in the way of what needs to be done, you’ll learn lessons and share these lessons across the team.

You won’t necessarily have a military background, but you’ll understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.
