At our Prestwick Service Centre, we specialise in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft engine nacelle systems and engine components. We are proud to serve a wide range of customers, delivering high-quality, reliable MRO services across Europe and the Middle East.

What You Will Do

• As a Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural analysis and repair solutions.
• Evaluating and designing structural repairs in compliance with certification requirements and Airworthiness Authority regulations.
• Creating structural substantiation for repairs and modifications to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant solutions.
• Performing structural analysis using both hand calculations and computer-based methods.
• Working with composite materials and established repair design practices.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and International Trade Compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using MathCAD, FEA, and analysis tools such as Patran and Nastran.
• A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in a similar role in an aerospace environment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
