Position Summary: Engineering Programme Management Support – Plymouth (United Kingdom). 12-month fixed-term contract running from August 2026 to August 2027. Full-time onsite.
What You Will Do:
- Track and report programme metrics relating to resource, cost, and schedule.
- Input and maintain project data within the Engineering Control Tower.
- Set up and support monthly Engineering Project Reviews.
- Support bid and proposal activities, including administration of BidMaster.Web (BMW) tools.
- Generate and maintain simple project plans.
- Produce materials and support Finance Project Reviews.
- Coordinate project meetings and take minutes.
- Provide hands-on support to development programmes, including potential lab-based activities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a project support, engineering, or operations environment.
- Minimum ONC/HNC qualification (or equivalent) with an engineering-related focus.
- Ability to generate, maintain, and track project plans.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferences:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience supporting bids and proposals.
- Previous experience working within an engineering environment.
