We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our People Services team, providing first‑line HR and payroll support across all UK, Ireland, and Middle East sites.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise SAP payroll and Workday to process transactions, run reports, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process employee applications and provide guidance in line with company policies.
  • Perform HR administration duties such as generating correspondence, conducting data audits, and updating employee files.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service via email, phone, and the online portal, managing cases across the business.
  • Adhere to established payroll and HR processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use ServiceNow CRM to administer cases, manage expectations, and meet SLAs.
  • Actively pursue continuous improvement and support process optimisation activities.
  • Advocate for People Services within the organization and encourage service adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant payroll experience is essential.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced customer‑service environment, meeting targets and SLAs.
  • Strong multi‑tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and uphold high confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including coaching over phone or MS Teams.
  • Analytical with attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.
  • Independent worker who thrives under pressure.
  • Proficient in Excel, capable of using VLOOKUPs and other formulas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
  • CIPP Level 3 (or equivalent) certification.
