Responsibilities
- Support the System Design Authority and Systems Engineering Team Leaders with the development and management of project requirements, generation of technical documentation, and Systems Analysis and Design work.
- Participate in technical design reviews and assist in the generation of bid proposal material and submission of bids in response to customer requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in System Engineering across the lifecycle from requirements through to certification.
- Experience with generation of technical documentation (internal and for customers).
- Knowledge of policies, practices and procedures, and the ability to communicate these to the team.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight, adhere to agreed timescales, work in a team, and perform under pressure.
- Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Air Traffic Management or Radar systems; experience with IBM Rational DOORS, SysML or UML in a Systems Engineering environment; configuration management systems; membership/chartership with INCOSE or similar professional body.
