Raytheon UK has an exciting new opportunity for a HR Data Reporting Analyst to join our team, largely based in Harlow.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the HR Operations team on analytical tasks to support various Communities of Expertise, including Talent Management, Total Reward, Employee Relations and Business Partner teams.
- Collaborate with Global People Services to inform and monitor data quality and integrity across all HR data sources.
- Handle large data sets and analytic tools for reporting, including formatting tools, formulas, pivot tables and macros.
- Triangulate workforce intelligence from a range of systems to support identification of potential workforce efficiencies.
- Provide data analysis to identify and forecast trends and present narratives and recommendations to stakeholders using accessible presentation tools.
- Own HR reporting requirements including employee data, headcount reporting, HR KPIs, self‑service dashboards, compensation and benefit reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, organisational structure and workforce planning.
- Create benchmarking data, research and insights for market, competitor and trend data gathering activities.
- Represent the HR Operations team on business projects and programmes, providing expertise and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experienced analyst with data analysis and trend forecasting, and the ability to create narrative and recommendations.
- Experience creating benchmark data and conducting research.
- Proficient in running analytics and reports from HR Information Systems, identifying disparities and resolving issues.
- Close collaboration with payroll teams to maintain data accuracy.
- Experience with an HR Information System (Workday).
- Advanced or intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Previous experience in an HR team working with metrics, reporting, operations, visa processing, HR processes, data and HR systems.
- Eligible and willing to gain BPSS and, ideally, SC clearance.

- Experience using PowerBI.
