Role Summary
Assist and support the Facilities Management team in day‑to‑day operational management of building services across the portfolio. Build strong relationships with the client and internal teams.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Accountable for completion of standard and non‑standard tasks within the function.
- Deliver activities to support operational objectives.
- Make decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience.
- Interact with client or users around specific work efforts and deliverables.
- Support delivery of Health and Safety policy and standards.
- Support site compliance for UK legislation and Raytheon standards and procedures.
- Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Carry out minor installation works and projects.
- Work collaboratively with Glenrothes Facilities team, site EHS and functional teams.
- Respond to day‑to‑day activities in support of operational and customer needs.
- Manage contractors supporting Facilities department and manufacturing requirements.
- Support site and department “On Call” process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Recognised qualification in Building Services or maintenance (City & Guilds, SVQ standards) or equivalent experience.
- Sound working knowledge of UK facilities legislation.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Planning, organising and delivering results.

- Knowledge of building management systems.
- Fork lift truck training.
