Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, influence stakeholders, and represent the Training Design Service with professionalism at all levels.
- Accountable for all training courses assigned to you and your team regarding training transformation, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Advocate for creation of training content that is active, engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric.
- Proactively manage risks, mitigate potential issues, and ensure timely escalation of challenges to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure training course changes follow end‑to‑end design process, are DSAT‑compliant, meet quality standards, and are appropriately resourced.
- Take accountability for continuous professional development and growth of you and your team, unlocking potential and enabling high performance.
- Demonstrate care for wellbeing, engagement, and success of team.
- Inspire and motivate others creating a positive, inclusive, high‑performing culture.
- Manage employee relations within HR framework with professionalism and empathy.
