Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, supports aviation customers with landing systems. We are looking for a Regional Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support for wheel and brake customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional technical support for Collins Aerospace wheel and brake customers.
- Support airline and MRO customers with technical queries, operational issues and product guidance.
- Help maintain the highest standards of customer support across technical sales, campaigns, retrofit activity and competitions.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers through responsive, clear and credible technical communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs, product performance and future opportunities.
- Act as a technical voice for Collins Landing Systems in the region, helping customers operate with confidence, safety and efficiency.
- Support ongoing customer engagement by combining technical expertise with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications
You Must Have
- Diploma in Aviation Maintenance, or equivalent academic and/or practical experience in aircraft mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and/or powerplant.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in the design and/or maintenance of aircraft, aircraft systems or aircraft appliances, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted, long‑standing customer relationships.
- Aircraft wheels, brakes and landing gear experience would be considered an asset.
We Prefer
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ten years’ relevant experience.
- Previous exposure to airline maintenance activities.
- Technical familiarity with aircraft wheels, brakes and landing gear.
- Experience working directly with airline or MRO customers.
