Collins Aerospace is seeking a Process Technician to support our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul operations at our Marston Green facility in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Key Activities
- General process operational skills including masking, painting and chemical application on key aerospace parts.
- Heat/Freeze press fitting Eccobond applications.
- Vapour/grit blast operations.
- Read and interpret engineering technical drawings and repair schemes.
- Carry out tasks directly impacting operational commitment.
- Apply quality and safety assurance techniques and accept responsibility for individual and team standards.
- Strict adherence to technical instruction.
- Adherence to team commitments and priorities.
- Maintain quality and safety compliance.
- Identify productivity improvements (turn‑around‑time reduction).
- Arrears reduction as required.
- Work to key priorities and due‑date adherence.
- Flexibility in skill set.
