An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing and ambitious business in Bradford. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining a robust control environment and providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Leading the month-end close process and management reporting
- Managing balance sheet controls and reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders
- Supporting audit processes and strengthening financial controls
- Overseeing fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure projects
- Driving process improvements across the finance function
About you
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment
- Strong experience in financial reporting, controls and forecasting
- Confident working with senior stakeholders across the business
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
