This Sales Manager role is for an internationally recognised manufacturer, serving industries including chemical and petrochemical, mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, renewable energies, and power generation. With an outstanding reputation for precision engineering and innovation, this vacancy in the UK market requires a talented Sales Manager to generate new business and account manage key clients.
As the UK Sales Manager, you will be solely responsible for driving sales growth across the UK & Ireland, and managing key client relationships. This is a stand-alone role, giving you the autonomy to shape and execute the UK sales strategy while being supported by an international team.
- Proven track record in professional sales
- Experience of or exposure to selling within the stainless steel, metals, or related industries is preferred – or experience selling into the same market/applications - including chemical and petrochemical, mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, renewable energies, and power generation.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management experience.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, Ireland, and less frequently to Europe.
- A high degree of autonomy in a stand-alone role with significant growth potential.
