An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to join a global, engineering-led manufacturing business, leading a key European site through growth and transformation. Reporting to the VP & GM, you will take full responsibility for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality and HSE, driving performance, continuous improvement and strategic development.
Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in advanced manufacturing environments
- Background in relevant sectors (e.g. metals, aerospace, automotive, or complex engineering/manufacturing)
- Strong track record in operational excellence and transformation
- Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Direct, relevant sector manufacturing experience (critical requirement)
