A growing family-owned business is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to support its expanding finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee key financial processes and manage a small team.
- Payroll, expenses, and time management system administration
- Cash management, banking, foreign currency, invoice factoring, and forecasting
- Financial accounting: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, variance analysis, R&D capitalisation
- VAT returns and reconciliations
- Salaried Payroll
- Supervision of an accounts payable assistant and a finance assistant
- ERP finance systems maintenance and improvement
- Month-end support and ad hoc projects
