A large construction company in Brigg are looking for an experienced Management Accountant. As demand for their products continues to grow, they are looking for a skilled and ambitious Management Accountant to join their team, providing financial insight and support to this fast-paced, operationally focused part of the business. This role is central to the ongoing success of the division.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, deliver meaningful analysis, and support decision-making across production, sales, and logistics. Working closely with Operational Managers, you will provide the information needed to optimise performance and profitability.

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Detailed margin, production, and cost analysis to support commercial decisions
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear commentary
  • Business partnering with divisional managers to provide financial guidance
  • Monitoring stock, materials usage, and production efficiency from a financial perspective
  • Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes and controls

About You

  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong management accounting skills
  • Analytical and commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
