Our client is a large, complex and purpose-driven organisation operating across multiple legal entities based on the outskirts of Lincoln, with 2 days office based.
Due to an internal secondment, they are seeking an accomplished finance leader to join the organisation on a 912 month fixed-term contract, providing critical leadership during an important period for the finance function.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a highly visible leadership role at the heart of the organisations finance function.
You will take ownership of group financial reporting, statutory accounts, financial governance and the successful delivery of the year-end audit, whilst leading an established team of finance professionals responsible for the organisations accounting operations.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a technically challenging environment but also enjoys leading people and driving continuous improvement.
