We are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded accountant to take ownership of the finance function for the UK and Ireland. This is a broad and highly visible role, working closely with the Managing Director, leadership team and budget holders to provide financial insight, challenge and commercial support to the business.
Management and statutory accountingBudgeting, forecasting and financial reportingBusiness partnering with senior stakeholdersQuarterly and annual audit processesFinancial controls and governanceGroup reporting and working with the wider Group finance functionManaging the relationship with the external accounting providerProviding commercial insight to support business decisionsIdeally, you will be a qualified accountant with broad-based finance experience who is looking for a role with significant responsibility, visibility and autonomy.
You will be commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable working independently, while also being confident building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the personality, commercial acumen and ambition to become a trusted finance partner to the business.
