The business has grown to over 60m turnover and has ambitious plans to reach 100m within the next two years, driven by increased market share and strategic acquisitions.As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as the main finance contact for one of the business’s largest divisions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.Key responsibilities will include:Build strong relationships with operational leaders, providing commercial insight and constructive challengeLead monthly performance reviews, analysing financial and operational performanceOwn the budgeting and quarterly forecasting processAnalyse key commercial drivers including revenue, profitability and pricing modelsProvide financial insight and recommendations to support business performanceInterpret financial information into clear insight for non-financial stakeholdersWork closely with the FP&A team to develop meaningful MIIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reporting including automation and continuous improvementWe’re looking for a commercially minded and fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) finance professional who enjoys working closely with the wider business and influencing decision-making.
