Are you an experienced property professional with a sharp eye for opportunity and a strong network in the leasing market? We are seeking a highly driven Interim Property Sourcing Manager to support our expanding business portfolio.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, results-focused interim position for a minimum of 6 months where you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing leasehold properties suitable for business operations. You will play a key role in driving growth by sourcing high-potential locations aligned with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure leasehold properties across targeted regions
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, landlords, and developers
- Conduct market research and site feasibility analysis
- Negotiate lease terms to deliver commercial value
- Present opportunities with clear financial and strategic rationale
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on acquisition decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property sourcing, acquisitions, or commercial leasing
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent knowledge of the property market
