Position: Recruitment Director β HR, Operations Support & Business Support and Specialist Search
We are seeking an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor for a 6-month contract to lead the operational management and small property team of a high-value investment property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the property management of the investment property portfolio
Providing leadership and support to a property management team and external consultants
Developing and maintaining an asset management plan for each site/property in the portfolio
Financial forecasting and budgeting
Key Requirements:
Expertise in Landlord & Tenant Law, Rating Law, and service charge administration
Knowledge of health & safety compliance and residential property management
Skilled in using property data and systems to identify opportunities
Hybrid working available. Immediate start preferred.
