Are you a qualified Accountant looking for the next step in your career? The business has experienced year on year growth over the past 11 years, with turnover reaching £60m for the Group in 2025. The business has recently invested in a new division to drive future growth.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will run the day-to-day accounting activities and manage a small team of 5. Team management experience is not essential.
- Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management information for review.
- Pivotal resource in the Group's plans to implement a new ERP system within the next 12 months, to significantly automate and improve the efficiency of the Group's existing processes.
- Continue to develop and improve the Group's financial reporting.
- Facilities Management division business analysis and reporting.
- Preparation of the year-end accounts and supporting documentation.
- Liaison with external auditors, acting as the first point of contact for queries.
- Assist the Group Finance Director on the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
- Cashflow management, forecasting and reporting.
- Oversee monthly payroll process.
We are looking for candidates from the following background:
- Qualified Accountant - ideally newly qualified or 2-4 years PQE.
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
- Good IT skills.
