Group Finance Manager

Are you a qualified Accountant looking for the next step in your career? The business has experienced year on year growth over the past 11 years, with turnover reaching £60m for the Group in 2025. The business has recently invested in the in a newdivision to drive the future growth of the business Reporting to the Finance Director you will run the day to day accounting activities and manage a small team of 5. Team management experience not essential. Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management information for review Pivotal resource in the Groups plans to implement a new ERP system within the next 12 months, to significantly automate and improve the efficiency of the Groups existing processes Continue to develop and improve the Groups financial reporting Facilities Management division business analysis and reporting Preparation of the year end accounts and supporting documentation Liaison with external auditors, acting as first point of contact for queries Assist the Group Finance Director on the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts Cashflow management, forecasting and reporting Oversee monthly payroll process We are looking for candidates from the following background; Qualified Accountant – ideally newly qualified or 2/4years PQE Experience using accounting software or ERP systems Good IT skills a…
