We are looking for a professionally qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, which is an essential requirement. The successful candidate will be an established Finance Director with experience in a complex, multi-site, and operationally focused organisation.

They will combine strong financial control with sound commercial judgement and the ability to work effectively across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on FD role for someone who can influence at a strategic level while remaining close to the financial and operational detail.

The successful individual will demonstrate integrity, humility, and sound judgement, together with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide constructive challenge.
