With BGF backing since 2020 and recent strategic acquisitions, including in London, Bayfields continues to expand its UK footprint and enhance its service offerings. Due to continued growth, Bayfields is looking for a Financial Controller to join its team. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, lead a team of six (three direct reports), and provide critical insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role balances operational management with strategic input, supporting the companys ambitious growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
