Experienced Finance Manager required for a successful owner-managed business in Sheffield. Established over 20 years this small but very profitable business has great plans for the future and this is an exciting time to join them on their journey. The role of the Finance Manager is critical to the development of the business and its processes going forward: * Preparing monthly management accounts. * Profit and loss accounts. * Balance sheet reconciliations. * Dealing with third parties including banks, HMRC, insurance companies. * Cost control. * Consolidated accounts. * Identifying and implementing process improvements. * Working closely with the external Accountants. * Other ad hoc duties as required. This search is not limited to any industry. * Previous experience is essential. * Good written and verbal communication skills are required. * The ability to work with minimum supervision, prioritise workload and meet deadlines is required. * Good IT skills are essential
