Join a dynamic team in a crucial Finance Business Partner role focused on property investment and development. As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial insight and analysis to support key property decisions, manage risks, and optimise financial resources across the organisation's property portfolio.

Working closely with the Property Director, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive financial management and control across capital expenditure, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
  • Produce insightful monthly and annual reports, budgets, and forecasts for property teams and senior management.
  • Support property development decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop long-term cyclical maintenance plans and ensure capital expenditure is managed effectively.
  • Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and the property team.

Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in a large, fast-paced finance environment, skilled in delivering financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting for capital and operational projects. A strong communicator, your role will be to influence and advise senior leaders on financial matters, identify trends, highlight risks, and support informed decision-making.
