We are recruiting an experienced Finance Analyst to join a family‑owned, award-winning, and innovative business in Stoke-on-Trent, proudly established for nearly 130 years.

The job:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, duties will include:
  • Financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
  • Analysis & reporting, including designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards to present financial insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Statutory reporting, including compliance submissions, accuracy and governance.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • Previous experience in designing and producing dashboards (Power BI) in a complex environment is required.
  • The successful candidate will have relevant finance experience (accruals, prepayments, balance sheets).
  • Candidates studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) are desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
