Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional, already working at an HR Business Partner level, to join our clients' organisation during a busy period.
The role will focus upon all areas of HR Business Partnering within a medium-large organisation:
- Employee relations
- Project work
- HR Policies and procedures
- Internal communications
- Interpret HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights
Required experience & skills:
- Experience at HR Business Partner level, used to working closely with business leaders to implement and strengthen HR policies and strategies
- CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience
- ER experience xgikmsk
- HRIS experience
- Highly developed UK employment law knowledge and application of this knowledge into a fast-paced, growing business
- Strong communication skills across differing levels
