Pratap Partnership is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a 15-month maternity cover contract with an established business in Castleford. You will combine hands-on management accounting with close working relationships across divisional leadership and operational teams. Bring the numbers into operational decisions in a commercially focused finance role.
The role
Own divisional management accounts, budgets and rolling forecasts.
Turn financial analysis into clear insight on performance, risks and opportunities.
Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability.
Analyse projects and workstreams and support contract budgets and tenders.
Strengthen balance sheet controls, reporting processes and working capital performance.
About you
You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with at least two years of experience in a similar business partnering, management accounting or commercial finance role. Strong Excel, forecasting and stakeholder skills are essential. Warehousing, logistics or fulfilment experience would be advantageous.
