We are working with a private equity-backed group based in West Yorkshire who are seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Accountant to support their finance function through a busy reporting period. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a fast-paced PE environment, responsible for the integrity and timeliness of group reporting and consolidation processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of group reporting process, including flash reporting and monthly management accounts
  • Coordination and submission of subsidiary reporting packs across the group
  • Excel-based consolidation of group results and supporting schedules
  • Support with MA reporting requirements and investor-facing information packs
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial data across multiple entities
  • Continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls within a partially manual environment

Candidate profile:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong background in group reporting, consolidation and financial control
  • Experience within PE-backed or fast-paced multi-entity environments
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience of manual or semi-manual consolidation processes
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational interim role rather than strategic finance
