As the business continues to evolve, Equip is looking to appoint a Business Systems Manager who can combine strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision expertise with the leadership, commercial understanding and people skills to drive systems and process improvements across the organisation.
The opportunity
You'll take ownership of the Business Systems agenda, working with senior leaders and teams across Equip to understand priorities, challenge existing ways of working and identify where systems, data and technology can make a real difference.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is central to the role, so strong hands-on experience of Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is essential.
You'll work alongside a Business Transformation Manager to support business projects, with your systems slant, and identify improvements from idea through to implementation, bringing together internal teams and external partners, setting priorities and ensuring change is successfully embedded across the business.
What we're looking for
Strong Business Central/Navision experience.
Experience leading the development and improvement of ERP and wider business systems.
The ability to take ownership, set priorities and provide direction.
Experience leading projects and successfully managing and delivering sustained change.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how systems connect different areas of a business.
The skills, credibility and confidence to influence all stakeholders, including leadership and challenge constructively where there is a compelling case to do so.
