Newly created Financial Controller role due to growth, reporting to the CFO. This forward-thinking business has ambitious growth plans over the next five years creating the perfect opportunity for you to develop, progress and play a key role in their success.

This role offers exposure to strategic decision-making and the chance to make a real impact within a dynamic, growing team. This role will oversee financial management, performance analysis and operational efficiency. You will need to be hands-on, detail-orientated and capable of balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasts and cash flow reports.
  • Develop, monitor and manage budgets to support business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensuring robust revenue recognition and cash-to-collection cycle.
  • Develop and implement KPIs, service margins and customer profitability to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational processes to maximize revenue, ensure efficiency and service excellence.
  • Managing a team of 4.

You will be:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance financial control and business growth.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems and Excel.
