I am exclusively partnering with a growing organisation in York to recruit a high-calibre Finance Business Partner. This is a visible, strategic role working closely with senior leaders to drive insight, influence decisions and optimise overhead spend with a strong focus on IT cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across IT, HR and central functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning
- Deliver clear, insight-led performance reporting
- Own overhead variance analysis and cost driver transparency
- Support IT spend optimisation and investment decisions
- Enhance KPI reporting and performance metrics
- Provide modelling and ad-hoc commercial analysis
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE
- Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, KPIs)
- Advanced Excel and confident handling complex data
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
