We are seeking a Group Reporting Manager for a newly created position in a successful, fast-growing PE-backed business. The successful candidate will manage a small team and will be responsible for delivering high-quality consolidated reporting, strengthening governance, and modernising financial processes. You’ll lead monthly consolidated reporting, cash flow forecasting, statutory accounts, audits, and tax compliance, while driving automation and system improvements to enable better decision‑making for the Board, investors, and lenders.
About you
- You’ll be a qualified accountant. This role would particularly suit a practice‑trained Chartered Accountant.
- You’ll be technically strong, with experience in multi‑entity reporting, cash flow management, statutory accounts, and audits.
- You’ll have strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
