A growing multi-site business is looking for a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant to support financial performance across three sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation in a varied role combining management reporting, business partnering, financial control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and weekly P&L reporting.
- Produce KPI analysis and performance insights for senior management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
- Coordinate year-end audits and statutory reporting.
- Partner with operational managers to support decision-making.
- Support and develop finance and administration team members.
About You
- Experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant role.
- Strong management accounting, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge.
- Able to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or QBE.
