I am working with a dynamic Finance Director who is seeking a qualified or part-qualified finance professional (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail to help lead and shape the finance function. You will bring a confident, collaborative approach to leadership and work alongside the Finance Director as a key face of finance across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Lead on budgeting, financial controls, audit preparation, and year-end processes
- Oversee cash flow management, fixed asset registers, and control account reconciliations
- Manage a small, capable team across finance, payroll, student support, and reception
- Support funding compliance and oversee bursary fund operations
