We're delighted to be supporting a privately owned Nottingham business in the search for their next Finance Business Partner. This is a real local success story that has achieved double-digit growth for the last 8 years and currently turns over in excess of £100m. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support a number of key business areas with strategic financial decisions in order to drive growth. Salary up to £55,000 p/a and the role will be fully site-based in Nottingham.
You must be comfortable in a fast-paced and business-facing position where you need to build multiple stakeholder relationships. We are happy to consider candidates already operating in a commercial finance capacity or someone looking to take their first step into this world from an Audit background.
Responsibilities- Production of monthly management accounts
- Take the lead on forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities
- Support the Financial Controller with financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders across the business
- Help to improve reporting, processes and controls
- Provide support with year-end and audit processes
