Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will provide meaningful commercial insight to support strategic decision-making, improve business performance and ensure the business has the financial infrastructure to support its ambitious plans.

Alongside responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and statutory compliance, you will lead a programme of finance transformation, improving systems, processes and reporting while embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will also build strong relationships with investors and external stakeholders, presenting financial performance with confidence and credibility.
We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally gained within a growing, entrepreneurial or private equity-backed environment.
You will have experience of leading high-performing finance teams, strengthening financial controls and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and organisational change.
