Alongside responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and statutory compliance, you will lead a programme of finance transformation, improving systems, processes and reporting while embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will also build strong relationships with investors and external stakeholders, presenting financial performance with confidence and credibility.
We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally gained within a growing, entrepreneurial or private equity-backed environment.
You will have experience of leading high-performing finance teams, strengthening financial controls and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and organisational change.
