This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capability, outstanding attention to detail, and a collaborative leadership style to play a key role in a values-led environment. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will become a visible and trusted partner across the organisation, supporting operational and strategic financial management while leading a small and capable support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting processes, financial controls, audit preparation, and year-end activities
- Oversee cash flow management, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed asset registers
- Partner with senior leaders to support informed financial decision-making
