Ashleigh Group is establishing a dedicated Maintenance & Fast Works Division and is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded leader to take ownership of its growth and development. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a standalone business unit within an established and successful group. With full backing, investment and autonomy, you'll be responsible for developing the division, growing recurring revenue, building high-performing teams and driving profitability.
We're not looking for someone to simply manage a maintenance operation. We're looking for someone who wants to build one.
The Role
Initially, you'll focus on understanding and enhancing our existing blue-chip maintenance contracts, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, profitability and operational performance. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll develop and implement a growth strategy for the division, helping to shape new service offerings, win additional work, recruit and develop teams, and build the systems and infrastructure required to support long-term growth. The role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to create a business within a business, with full support and investment from Ashleigh Group.
About You
You'll likely have experience leading maintenance, facilities management, engineering, construction or service-based operations. More importantly, you'll be commercially minded, results-driven and comfortable taking ownership. You'll enjoy solving problems, building teams, developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is prepared to roll their sleeves up, challenge existing thinking and lead from the front. Someone who sees opportunity where others see obstacles and is excited by the challenge of building something significant. Previous signage experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
What's on Offer?
- Competitive basic salary
- Profit share scheme (target equivalent of 30% of salary)
- Car allowance
- Family private medical insurance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Why Join Ashleigh?
