Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator - Short term temporary contract - up to 3 months. Office-based at the Bolton Abbey Estate, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. On-site parking provided.

This role offers an excellent short-term opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous Senior Administration / PA / Events & Projects experience to join a customer-focused environment, supporting a busy Director.

About the Role:

  • Diary management - both internal and external meetings and commitments.
  • Supporting the Director with administration relating to charities, commercial business/property management, and rural estates projects.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to push projects forward, support with analysis and reports, and update everyone.
  • Draft and prepare MS Word documents such as reports, presentations, papers, and briefing materials.
  • Preparing pre-meeting briefings, and attending and taking meeting minutes to circulate.
  • Fast-paced and varied role.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Admin role, ideally supporting a Director, or PA/EA experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills across all systems.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise time and task management.
  • Strong communication skills.

The office is in a rural location without local transport links.
